De nombreuses associations délaissent l'aspect communicationnel par manque de budget. Mon projet est donc aussi de faire valoir l'importance de la communication dans les structures, quelle soit web, presse ou physique lors de salons, expositions ou autre... Or acquérir un maximum d'information sur les association humanitaires en lien avec l'étranger à Saint-Etienne, dans un but de familiarisation avec le milieu associatif local, est un exercice premier de compréhension du milieu avant de reproduire la même expérience sur mon futur terrain de travail. L'objectif de ce mémoire est donc de m'apprendre le fonctionnement des associations stéphanoises, de part les relations publiques, les relations associatives et les relations avec la population. Une nouvelle forme de lien social?", orientait la méthodologie vers l'exploitation de sources directes. Afin de déterminer si il y a un lien entre la population stéphanoise et les projets des associations humanitaires à l’étranger, il apparut donc nécessaire de se fonder sur le stage au Centre d'information sur les droits des femmes et des familles de la Loire effectué sur six mois pour une mission évènementielle. Y apprendre les relations externes et internes pour pouvoir communiquer aux différents publics. L'exploitation de ces sources devait permettre de répondre à une série d'interrogations inhérentes au sujet : Comment les associations stéphanoises communiquent sur leurs projets à l’étranger ? A la population stéphanoise ? A l’étranger ? Quelles sont les pratiques des stéphanois dans la vie associative en lien avec l’étranger ? </ins></div></td></tr>

Comprendre les priorités des associations et voir si la communication physique et web en fait partie.
